I am writing this letter to highly recommend Gustavo Sosa for his professional knowledge and workmanship. Over the past couple of years, I have worked with Mr. Sosa on our 40/50-year concrete restoration and recertification efforts at our condominium building in Miami Beach Florida.

I find his personality, skill set and ability to communicate especially pleasant.

He has been a great help to our association members in dealing not only with our structural engineers, the Miami Beach city inspectors but also with a very difficult restoration project that has had many twists and turns. His contract expertise is invaluable with his accessible vendors, materials knowledge and timelines.

I have worked with Gustavo Sosa on a parking garage and pool deck restoration project in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida and have found him to be an honest and hard-working general contractor. During construction he has always been fair, thoughtful, and thorough. It has been easy to develop a team approach to the construction process with him. Furthermore, the parking garage and pool deck restoration were not particularly difficult projects with your ability to successfully complete even the most complex developments. Few restoration projects are built without running into problems, but the completion of these projects on budget is a testament to your pro-active response, commitment to detail and conscientious attitude.

Please allow me to introduce myself, I am a retired architect, with over 50 years of experience designing, and providing construction administration, for residential, commercial and institutional projects in Florida and several other states.

I take the liberty of writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Gustavo Sosa due to his unusually high level of performance and professional management skill. This recommendation is based on his performance over the last 18 months as Project Manager, on behalf the general contractor, on various construction projects which I manage on behalf of La Rive Gauche Condominium Association.

The most recent projects include residential tower façade and garage restoration and painting. Also included was the replacement of all existing doors and windows with new units meeting all hurricane requirements. Gustavo Sosa is currently providing construction services for our condominium.

La Rive has been an extremely challenging project with a very small site requiring complex phasing, sequencing and logistics plans to perform the work while maintaining uninterrupted use of the facility and a high level of security and safety. Gustavo’s staff is professional, organized and very pleasant to work with. He also has excellent relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
